ACU Testing

What are the ACU Testing?

ACU testing (Airbag Control Unit testing) is mainly used for full-range performance verification of inertial sensors (such as yaw rate, roll rate, low-G accelerometers, etc.), covering rate and acceleration offset compensation, sensitivity calibration, and dynamic response testing. The test bench supports a maximum rotation speed of 1500°/s and acceleration of 0.7G, features high-precision encoders and slip rings, enables 360° continuous rotation, and is used for high-precision calibration and durability testing at EOL (End-of-Line) stations, ensuring the safety and reliability of the ACU under vehicle rollover conditions.
