  • Various Charging Modes: The cycler supports Constant Current (CC),Constant Voltage (CV), Constant Power (CP), and Constant Resistance (CR) modes, offering comprehensive flexibility to suit various testing needs. Whether testing charge or discharge, these modes allow for  precise control and simulation of real-world conditions.
  • Flexible Battery Holder: The cycler comes with a quick-connect design, making it easy to place or remove battery cells. This simple yet innovative feature ensures fast battery swaps without the need for complex screw fastenings, which helps to reduce downtime during tests. 
  • High Precision: Each channel has adjustable voltage outputs (from 0V to 7V with 1mV precision) and a current sourcing capability of 10A. It also features integrated voltage and current measurement loggers with high precision (current resolution of 10mA and voltage precision of 1mV).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Software Control and Monitoring: The cycler is fully controllable through Ethernet TCP, allowing for seamless integration into testing environments. Users can access real-time data with LabVIEW VIs, C# APIs, and manual charging/discharging examples toautomate the process and track results.
  • Safe and Reliable:The battery test box features a heavy-duty connector for secure connections and adjustable battery fixture to fit different battery types, including coin cells or custom configurations. The three- layer design (load layer, control layer, power supply layer) ensures stability, safety, and efficiency during operation.
